Account settings
This guide covers the Account screen (Account → My profile).
What you can change
- Name and email — your login details. If you change the email, use the new address next time you sign in.
- Password — enter your current password and a new one (at least 8 characters). If you signed in with Google only and have no password yet, you can set the first password without the current one.
- Google sign-in — “Continue with Google” on login and signup. If the Google email is new, we create the account automatically. On Account, you can link or unlink (unlinking requires a local password).
- Two-step verification — in addition to your password, a code from an authenticator app (recommended) or a code sent to your email. Optional. You can change the method without turning it off. At sign-in, you can remember this device for 30 days. Signing in with Google does not ask for this code again (Google already covers it).
- Panel language — Portuguese, English, or Spanish.
- Account timezone — used for campaign dates and reports (company timezone, not per user).
- Brand logo — shown on the unsubscribe page recipients see (optional).
- Brand kit — legal name, tax ID, address, colors, and font for campaign footers. Details: Brand kit.
Two-step verification
- On Account, click Turn on two-step verification.
- Choose a method:
- Authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password…) — scan the QR and confirm with the 6-digit code.
- Code by email — we send a code to your login email; enter it to confirm.
- Save the recovery codes somewhere safe — each works once. If you lose the app or email access, use one on the verification screen when signing in.
To turn it off, enter your current password and a valid code (app, email, or recovery). With email method, click Send code to email first.
Tip: An authenticator app is usually more secure. Email is simpler, but the code arrives in the same inbox you use to sign in.
Tips
- Save before leaving the page.
- Two-step verification is per user: each teammate enables their own.
