Sending controls (your own Amazon SES)

This module appears only if your account sends through your Amazon SES account (not Br Envio’s shared account).

What you control

• Bounce rate — when to pause if too many emails bounce.
• Complaint rate — when to pause if spam complaints rise.
• Minimum volume — how many sends in the recent window before thresholds apply.
• Automatic resume — whether a send can resume alone after the first pause.

Shortcuts

Use Conservative, Recommended, or Aggressive to fill common values. Recommended restores the platform default.

What does not change

• Block lists, suppressions, and domain rules cannot be turned off here.
• Domain and sender setup stays under Sending setup.
