Connect Uappi

This guide matches Integrations → Uappi.

What it does

Import Uappi customers into Contacts and recover abandoned carts when your store posts a cart payload.

What you need

1. In Uappi: Settings → Integrations → API.
2. Create an integration and copy the token.
3. Allow at least GET v2/customers (and v2/orders to cancel pending cart emails when an order closes).

Steps in Br Envio

1. Open Integrations → Stores & apps → Uappi.
2. Enter the store URL and token.
3. Click Connect, save the webhook secret (shown once), then test.
4. Use Sync customers to import the list.
5. In Uappi, set the webhook URL and header X-Brenvio-Uappi-Secret.

About the webhook

• Queue alerts (no email) only refresh “last webhook” status — use Sync for customers.
• For abandoned cart, POST JSON with email and cart_url.
