Marketing emails need an unsubscribe link

If message_type is marketing, the HTML must include an unsubscribe link. The simplest way:

<a href="{{brenvio_track_unsub}}">Unsubscribe</a>

On send, the platform replaces the placeholder with the real URL. Without it, the API returns MARKETING_UNSUB_REQUIRED (friendly message). Details: API portal — one-off send.
